Video is not an all or nothing proposition. You do not have to choose between a 90 minute movie and no video at all. There are now amazing video clips in nearly every subject area that will wow your students and get them more engaged - and believe it or not, they may also be more effective at teaching the content than you are!

Put the ego aside and start exploring what is out there; Khan Academy, TedEd, and Youtube are just a few of the many sources for free video on the web. Think of it as team teaching - and you’ve got some amazing people on your team.
